December 7 the Zone

January 11 the Lost trail

Experience the camp woods as they change from season to season. Wilderness Club is a chance for young people to connect with new and old friends and the earth in all weather.

Activities thru the seasons may include exploration, tree climbing, goat hikes, farm visits, foraging, fire building, outdoor cooking, shelter building, sledding, on and off-trail hiking, pond and ice safety & play, ice skating and more. Rob will be leading the activities with the help of other camp counselors. The ratio for this club is 1 counselor for every 7 campers.

Registration fee is $15 per session. There is a sibling discount available as well.

 What to wear and bring?

  • Dress in layers depending on the weather to be comfortable for 3 hours outdoors.

  • Bring a full belly, the only food available is wild.

  • Bring a backpack for your water bottle.

  • Optional: Camera

What not to bring?

  • Cell phones or electronics

  • Snacks/food

  • Pets or diamond earrings

Family Wilderness Club

Family Wilderness Club starts this Fall, one Saturday a month from 10am-Noon. It is a new opportunity for family exploration at Skyline. It is open to all ages, infants to grandparents or any connection in between, there just needs to be one child participant and one adult participant.
