Come out and enjoy a wintery day at Camp Skyline. No matter what the weather is, there will be a warm welcome, a warm fire, chili & cornbread, crafts, games, maple tapping activities and coloring. We’ll have live music in Focus Hall between 12pm and 1pm. We’re hoping for enough snow to make snow slushies and to sculpt a giant snowpig, but we’ll have fun even if the snow melts.
If it stays cold and snowy, you’ll be able to sled from the highest point in Lapeer County or ice skate, “boot skate, or play hockey & broomball on the pond. Trails will be open for hiking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing, but please bring your own equipment. If you like to play on the ice, make sure you’re here for a big game of amateur broomball @ 1:30pm.
Registration includes all activities, chili, cornbread and hot drinks. The cost is $7 per participant ages 13 and up and $5 each for ages 12 and under. Please come to Focus Hall to sign in and eat when you arrive.
