Skyline’s Wilderness Club will take place monthly on a Saturday afternoon between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.
We welcome all children who would like to participate between the ages of 8 and 14.
In fall, winter, and spring, children will be able to experience the camp woods as they change from season to season. Wilderness Club is a chance for young people to connect with new and old friends and with the earth in all weather.
Activities throughout the year may include exploration, investigation, hiking: on and off-trails, archery, tree and plant ID, foraging, gardening, farm animal care, catch & release fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boating, fire-building, shelter building, tracking, native animal stalking, tree climbing, pond investigation, group building on our low ropes course, crafting with natural materials, and more. Seasonal dues are $50 per child and include 3 Saturdays of program.
This winter's dates are December 3, January 28, and February 25
This spring's dates are March 11, April 8, and May 13
Sibling discounts are available (see registration form, below). Erin Furze, Assistant Director and Shana Henry, Program Director will be leading the activities.
